Family and friends can play an important role in supporting patients during their hospital stay. Visiting is managed according to patients’ needs and ward requirements, with the aim of allowing patients adequate time to rest and recover.

Monday to Sunday:
11:30–13:00
15:00–20:00

Visiting hours may vary between wards. Visitors should check with the relevant ward before visiting and follow any instructions provided by nursing staff.

It is recommended that family members and friends coordinate visits to avoid having more than two visitors at a patient’s bedside at any one time.

Children under 12 years are generally not permitted to visit patients. In exceptional circumstances, this may be discussed with the ward manager. Children who are permitted to visit must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
